Nothing Stops Detroit

Detroit is best known for two things - music and motors. Jeep's heritage is strongly rooted in Detroit. In fact, Detroit has recently been dubbed 'Jeep City' with it's addition of Detroit's first new auto plant in over thirty years. I am a proud Jeep owner myself, and love my Wrangler. I have been drawn to it's unique design since I was a kid. I wanted to capture that uniqueness in the city it was designed in.

It's A Jeep Thing

The Jeep's roots date back to World War II. In 1944 the first prototypes were built for the civilian Jeep or CJ. Eventually the CJ was replaced by the Wrangler in 1986. The most recent incarnation of the Wrangler, featured here in this photo, is the JL which launched in 2018. This is only the fourth generation Wrangler.

Nowhere on Earth has more soul than Detroit.
